Get Your Daily Exercise at Next Gen Services, Inc.

Exercise programs are offered every day Monday through Friday at 9:30 am. A YWCA instructor leads exercise every Friday and a center instructor leads exercise Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Thursday will feature licensed Zumba Gold instructor, Rae Johnson Bundy.

Balance and aerobics exercises are offered everyday along with weight resistance training on Tuesday and Friday. When it is nice outside Bocce ball and walking activities are also available.
